I'm a realtor in Michigan... I would lose my license if I applied criteria such as “people of color” or “unmarried women”, or many other criteria. Given the seriousness of "Discrimination" coupled with 501c3 rules, It seems a lawsuit is ripe even for states beyond Michigan.
